About Chelsea Lambright

Hi! I'm Chelsea Lambright, a passionate individual with a diverse background and a love for bringing people together. Armed with a BBA in Marketing and an MBA in Sports Management, I've honed my skills and knowledge to navigate the exciting intersection of business and sports. My journey has been shaped by the invaluable mentorship I received at Tiffin University with the ever knowledgeable, Dr. Bonnie Tiell, where I not only gained a solid academic foundation but also developed a deep appreciation for fostering connections. As a Mexican-American, single mother from Fostoria, OH, I bring a unique perspective to the table, infusing my experiences into everything I do. Sporting events hold a special place in my heart, and I believe in the power of sports to unite people from all walks of life. I'm on a mission to make the sports industry more inclusive, envisioning a space where everyone can share a high-five, regardless of background or circumstance. Beyond my professional aspirations, I find joy in the simple things. You'll catch me eagerly putting up my Christmas tree every November 1st, a tradition that brings a festive spirit to my home and drives my daughter crazy. I also have a love for reading and watching any thriller or true crime piece during my downtime (the countless hours of Law & Order: SVU as a child shaped me), being a Cedar Point Ride Warrior, and planning fun themed dinners and parties with friends and family. Looking ahead, I'm eager to channel my skills and enthusiasm into the sports industry. My goal is to create memorable experiences that resonate with people and contribute to making the world of sports a more welcoming and enjoyable space for everyone. So, whether you're a fellow sports enthusiast, a literature lover, or someone who appreciates a well-decorated Christmas tree, I'm excited to connect and share my passion for creating meaningful connections and experiences!
